Project Overview Prime Time Hotel (Pvt) Ltd, a prominent hotel located in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka, partnered with CloudeDesign to develop a comprehensive website with a booking management system. The client sought to establish a user-friendly online platform that would enable guests to easily make reservations while providing hotel management with efficient tools to handle bookings and streamline administrative operations.

Our Approach CloudeDesign adopted a holistic approach to meet Prime Time Hotel's objectives, focusing on web design, development, and the implementation of a robust booking management and invoicing system. Our approach included:

2. Booking Management System We developed a custom booking management system tailored to the specific needs of Prime Time Hotel. 3. Invoicing System In addition to booking management, we implemented an invoicing system to automate billing processes and generate invoices for guest reservations. The system streamlined financial transactions, reducing manual workload and ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing.
4. User Training and Support Following the launch of the website and booking management system, we provided comprehensive training to Prime Time Hotel staff on how to use the system effectively.
